Our Team
In 1991 I founded D. Pearlman & Associates, a consulting firm that
was largely focussed upon providing expert labour relations advice within
the health and not-for-profit sectors. Over time, as our client list grew,
I began to get requests to provide training for supervisors and managers
operating within unionized workplaces. These early requests soon grew
to a full-day public seminar called “Managing in Unionized Environment”.
Today, we provide approximately fifty seminars per year across Canada.
I utilised associates who were able to provide a wide-range of expertise
and services and in 2004 Karen Iddon joined us and our services again
expanded to include strategic HR management, broader generalist services
and more training curricula. In 2007, we restructured the company to create
Pearlman Iddon Associates.
