Negotiations can be arduous and intimidating, particularly if you want to maintain a good working relationship with your unions. We can provide assistance at some or all stages of the process by:

• Representing your organization as spokesperson of your negotiating team,
• Gathering the relevant background information required to conduct negotiations with your bargaining unit(s),
• Reviewing your collective agreement and recommending Management proposals which will facilitate operations,
• Preparing a cost model in collaboration with your financial staff,
• Preparing and presenting your case at Interest Arbitration, where applicable.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:
