Karen Iddon (BA, MIR, CHRP) has been active in the field of Human Resources since the late 1980s. Working largely with the health and not-for-profit sectors she has provided negotiations and dispute resolution services in Ontario, Atlantic Canada and the prairie provinces. In addition, Karen has extensive generalist experience, touching upon all aspects of Human Resources Management. A seasoned trainer, she has provided education, coaching and facilitation in HR, leadership, harassment prevention, union-management relations and strategic management. Prior to joining Dan Pearlman to form Pearlman Iddon Assiciates, Karen was National Director, Human Resources & Volunteer Services for the Canadian Red Cross Society. During her time at Red Cross she was awarded the Watson Wyatt Vision Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Strategic Goals of an Organization for 2001.

Ms. Iddon is available to provide assistance in all areas of human resources management including negotiations, dispute resolution, day-to-day contract administration disciplinary and other employee relations matters, investigations, faciliation, leadership training, strategic management, organizational development, recruitment, policy analysis and design of compensation and benefit programs.
