Disputes which are handled inappropriately can poison the atmosphere of the workplace. To assist in the expeditious resolution of disputes we can:

• Provide advice as to how one can approach and attempt to resolve grievances.
• Act as the Management Nominee on Rights and Interest Boards of Arbitration.
• Assist you in research for arbitration.
• Represent the employer as counsel at Rights or Interest Arbitration or at meetings with the union and/or a grievance mediator.
• Represent the employer in the Mediation-Arbitration process.
