Mr. Pearlman has been employed in the field of human resources, both in the public and private sector, since 1978. Although experienced in social services and transportation as well, his main area of emphasis has been the health care industry. He has acted as management spokesperson at negotiations with CUPE, OPSEU, CUOE, ICTU, ONA, AAHPO, IUOE, CBRT, IBT, OPEIU, CAW, OPEIU, USWA, UFCW and PSAC.

In addition to his HR responsibilities, which give him a first hand understanding of your concerns and constraints, Mr. Pearlman has also had extensive experience in preparing and presenting rights and interest cases at arbitration, and acting as management nominee on Boards of Arbitration.

A dynamic and informative speaker, Mr. Pearlman has also prepared and presented Labour Relations Training Sessions. Developed to respond to those problems faced most frequently by front line supervisory staff, it has been rated in superlatives by hundreds of managers across the province of Ontario.
